Our team embarked on an extensive renovation journey in McKnight, addressing various crucial aspects. First, we rewired the entire electrical system from scratch, ensuring safety and efficiency. Simultaneously, we tackled plumbing issues, ensuring seamless water flow throughout the premises. The wooden doors received meticulous repair work, restoring their functionality and aesthetics. Lastly, we painted walls and ceilings, breathing new life into the space. The result? A refreshed and inviting environment that harmonizes form and function.

Some of the obstacles we faced during this project are:

Hidden Issues: As we delved into the electrical and plumbing work, we discovered hidden issues—worn-out wiring, corroded pipes, and outdated fixtures. These surprises required immediate attention and adjustments to our original plans.

Coordination: Coordinating various trades—electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and painters—was a juggling act. Ensuring everyone worked seamlessly without disrupting each other’s progress demanded meticulous planning and communication.

Surface Preparation: Prepping walls and ceilings for painting was time-consuming. We encountered uneven surfaces, old wallpaper remnants, and stubborn stains. Properly priming and smoothing these surfaces was crucial for achieving a flawless finish.

Weather Constraints: External painting faced weather-related challenges. Rainy days disrupted our schedule, and we had to adapt by working indoors during inclement weather.

Project Recap: McKnight Renovation
